DroidCoins™️ REWARDS PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme, is operated by YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD.
• YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme.
• Member data and personal information is protected in terms of the relevant legislation.
• DroidCoins™️ Reward DroidCoins™️ earned on the YUPPIE GADGETS website may only be redeemed on the website.
• By joining the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme a member has agreed to these terms and conditions, as amended or replaced by YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD from time to time.
• Terms and conditions must be checked regularly and may also be requested telephonically through the YUPPIE GADGETS Customer Service Care-line on 021 593 0000 or info@yuppiegadgets.com
• Any person who does not agree to be bound by the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions may not participate in the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme. Existing DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme members who do not agree to be bound by the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme terms and conditions, including amendments thereto from time to time, must notify YUPPIE GADGETS of such refusal in writing by emailing info@yuppiegadgets.com, in which event such member’s participation in the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme may be terminated.
• YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD has a right to decline to register any person and/or redeem any rewards, on whatever ground, is expressly reserved.
• DroidCoins™️ Rewards accrued thereto are not transferable. DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme rewards will accrue to the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme member only.
• The DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The value of reward DroidCoins™️ accumulated on the member’s account profile can be used for payment of future purchases online. Items purchased through DroidCoins™️ redeemed may not be returned or replaced for cash. DroidCoins™️ earned through unauthorised use of the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme.
• In the event of any abuse or fraud being committed by any person in respect of the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme and/or conduct involving the abuse of DroidCoins™️ or rewards, YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD reserves the right to take appropriate action against the responsible person and all DroidCoins™️ accrued and unredeemed DroidCoins™️ and rewards issued may be forfeited and the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme admission revoked.
• Only the registered account holders will be awarded DroidCoins™️.
• YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD reserves the right to make certain products exempt from the earning of DroidCoins™️.
• No DroidCoins™️ rewards will be earned or awarded in respect of any goods and/or services where the earning or awarding of such DroidCoins™️, Rewards and/or rewards are prohibited by any legislation in the Republic of South Africa and, where applicable other jurisdictions.
• DroidCoins™️ reserves the right to retract any awards through its loyalty partners or service providers or otherwise earned through the DroidCoins™️ Reward Programme.
• Members of the DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme can view reward balances on the account Dashboard.
• DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme members have the right, in accordance with the relevant legislation, to (a) obtain access to his/her personal information held by YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD; (b) to request the correction, destruction or deletion of his/her personal information held by YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD; and (c) to object to the processing of his/her personal information. In the case of a DroidCoins™️ Reward Programme member objecting the capture and processing of his/her personal information such person’s DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme and account will be terminated.
• It is the DroidCoins™️ Reward Programme member’s responsibility to inform YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD of any changes to his/her personal information.
• DroidCoins™️ earned for transactions where goods are later returned will be deducted from your DroidCoins™️ Rewards Programme account or partner reward account as applicable, and are subject to the YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD returns policy.
• DroidCoins™️ Reward Programme members may receive instant discounts on selected products. These promotions will be available for specified periods from time to time and subject to stock availability. YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD reserves the right, at any time, to amend or cancel these offers without notice.
• DroidCoins™️ Reward Programme members may opt-out of any direct marketing received from YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD should he/she so elect, by notifying YUPPIE GADGETS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD thereof in writing to info@yuppiegadgets.com,  or via the opt-out instructions in the various communication channels.
• Redeems and Earns of DroidCoins™️ are not available on Black Friday and Cyber Monday
• *The DroidCoins™️ Reward Programme is in the BETA testing stage and DroidCoins™️ are earned on selected accounts only.
