Alrighty, folks, here’s where the delivery and collection info takes center stage. When you’re ready to seal the deal on your order, we’ll need your daytime hideout (yep, the one you’re in from 8 to 5, Monday to Friday) and your trusty street postcode. After that, we’ll roll out the delivery options and the how-much-does-it-cost deets.

Can I collect my order? 

Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Cape Town only. Collections are available on certain days.

What does delivery cost?

Our delivery fee ranges from R85.00 to R450.00 depending on the area that the order is being delivered to. Whether you have one item, or a hundred items in your order, you will still pay the same amount for delivery.

What delivery options are there?

You can opt to have your order delivered to you door with a courier or collect from the closest PARGO pickup point. They have over 2500 pick up points to choose from. Once your order is ready for collection, an sms will be sent to you.

How important is the Suburb and Postal Code?

Your delivery fee is calculated based on the Suburb and Postal Code that the order is being delivered to. Simply enter all the requested details. If you are unsure, please give us a call on 021 593 0000 or email info@yuppiegadgets.com

When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours for in-stock items and 3 to 5 days for stock held at the supplier. PLEASE NOTE that the shipping time is not the delivery time (shipping time is the time for an item to be dispatched from our warehouse). 

When do I get my order?

Main Centre* Delivery: 2-3 Working Days
Cape Town Area* Delivery: 1-2 Working Days 
Regional/Remote Area: 3-7 Working Days 
Courier – Home/Office delivery via courier between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

PARGO – Home/Office delivery via courier between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

These delivery times are estimates and we can not guarantee exact delivery times. Please note that although our couriers will make every effort to deliver to you promptly, adverse weather conditions and other factors may cause unavoidable delays.

Does Yuppie Gadgets ship internationally?

We do not unfortunately ship outside of SA borders currently. We will be launching delivery options to Namibia and Botswana soon.

Will I have to sign for my package?

No, you do not need to sign. Please advise us when you order, should someone else will be signing on your behalf.

What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?

Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.

Time to unleash the shipping countdown! The clock starts ticking once we get the thumbs-up on your payment. For the credit card crowd, it’s the magic moment when your bank slides us that precious authorization code. If you’re rolling with cash deposits or Internet transfers, it’s showtime when those funds do a little dance in our bank account.

No checks, please (we’re not in the 90s anymore). But if you accidentally toss one our way, we’ll have to wait it out for a full 14 days before the green light.

Now, let’s talk ‘working days,’ shall we? Those are the trusty old Monday-to-Friday superheroes, no capes required. Public holidays? Not on their watch!

We’re persistent when it comes to delivery – two attempts, to be precise. But if you decide to play hide and seek or ghost us after those tries, there might be some extra delivery fees in your future. Or, we could even do the dramatic exit and cancel your order, but fear not, we’ll give you back the full price minus the delivery charges we’ve already shelled out, along with a 10% administration fee. It’s just how we roll.
