Yip, this is the bit where you can get all the information about our Delivery and Collection options.
When you place an order on this site you will be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours (8am–5pm; Monday to Friday). Please note that we only ship to Suburbs that appear in the drop down box when you are completing your address details. If you have not selected your Suburb from the drop down box, your order will then be deemed a Collection.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you may collect your order from our Cape Town Warehouse. Please note that we will send you an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection. For more information regarding collecting your order, click here.

From the 08 January 2018 until the 15 January 2018, our offices and collection facility will only be open between 10:00 and 14:00.

What does delivery cost?
Our delivery fee ranges from R50.00 to R450.00 depending on the area that the order is being delivered to. Whether you have one item, or a hundred items in your order, you will still pay the same amount for delivery.
How important is the Suburb?
Your delivery fee is calculated based on the Suburb that the order is being delivered to. Simply enter the first 3 letters of your Suburb and then select it from the drop down box. Should you not select your Suburb from the drop down box then your order will be deemed as a Collection. Please note that some Suburbs are not serviced by our couriers so those Suburbs will be deemed as a Collection.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours for in-stock items and 3 to 5 days for stock held at the supplier. PLEASE NOTE that the shipping time is not the delivery time (shipping time is the time for an item to be dispatched from our warehouse).

- Main Centre* Delivery: Courier: 2-3 Working Days (2 – 6 Working Days Peak periods*)
- Cape Town Area* Delivery: Courier: 1-2 Working Days (2 – 4 Working Days Peak periods*)
- Regional/Remote Area: 3-7 Working Days (4 – 10 Working Days Peak periods*)

These delivery times are estimates and we can not guarantee exact delivery times. Please note that although our couriers will make every effort to deliver to you promptly, adverse weather conditions and other factors may cause unavoidable delays.

Does Yuppie Gadgets ship internationally?
We do not unfortunately ship outside of SA borders currently. We will be launching delivery options to Namibia and Botswana soon.
Will I have to sign for my package?
No, you do not need to sign. Please advise us when you order, should someone else will be signing on your behalf.
What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?
Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.
* Please note:
- The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account. We do not accept cheque deposits, but should you deposit a cheque, clearance will only be 14 days after the deposit.
- Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.
